Como Town will be opening its doors on April 22! After a winter of hibernation families are ready to welcome spring by planning trips, outings and activities. Amusement parks are a top attraction for kids and parents to be out in the fresh air and enjoy a fun-filled day of rides, screams, laughter, and more. Zoos are also a popular location which makes Como Town a hot spot as the four-acre Amusement Park is located adjacent to Como Park Zoo & Conservatory. The centralized location brings in families from all around the five state area.
There is something for everyone at Como Town with kiddie rides such as Frog Hopper, family rides like Como Town Tornado, and thrill rides for the adrenaline junkies like Soaring Eagle. The roller coaster, Tiger Trax which opened in 2015, is expected to be the appeal for most Como Town goers again this year.
The park will be open the last weekend of April, the first weekend in May, and then every day starting May 13. Planning trips early is always recommended as crowds thicken during the midseason months of June and July.
Shuttle service is available locally, as well as parking lots on site, just off of Midway Parkway. Shuttle service begins weekends in May – September 28. Daily service runs June 2nd through August 10.
Get the family ready for a summer of FUN!
